Organizational work


Norma works with businesses and organizations to uncover conflictive patterns and heal working relationships. Organizations and individuals form groups to bring the Journey to Completion® to your town for a 3 to 4 day intensive in order to experience the transformational process. The follow-up work takes place through Skype for everyone as a group or individually.

Private sessions in person, by phone, or on Skype provide an in-depth exploration of your own shadow integration with Norma’s expert attention focused entirely upon you. 

Norma recommends you work together once a week during the process. Each person's process is different and the length of time to complete a journey varies. Some people find it useful to combine group work with individual coaching in order to move the process along.

Since the Shadow appears in each partner’s triggers and judgments, through this process, couples walk away with responsible communication skills, a blameless relationship, and a renewed sense of possibility.
